The voice mail isn't responding to *(star). Any comments would be helpful.
 
About the only thing I can think of is to reboot the VS, or perhaps it's a bad * button on the set, is it happening on all the sets or just one?

All phones local and outside office. Reboot didn't work defaulting is next.
 
Well only other thing is maybe a reset program saved on the ACS which I'm sure you have already done, It sounds like a default and reprogram may be in order, I have never had this problem, weird one indeed.

* anything. As soon as I hit * it says " invalid entry
 
Problem was on the c.o.'s. The problem was only happening on lines 1 and 2. Line 3 was OK.
