On Partner Mail VS r4.1, I am having a problem with Caller ID.
The calls are set to go to an auto att. The att. is set for 2 rings to grab the caller ID info.
When the someone presses a selector code to go to an extension the only thin that comes up in the display is the tranferring from voice messaging.
The caller ID info is not passed on until someone actually picks up the phone and then the number displays.
Is there a way to have the system display the caller ID info before someone picks up the phone?
