We setup a night attendant.
VMS Hunt Schedule is set to Night Only
When night service button is on autoattendant answers and calls go to voice mail.
We would like when the Night service button is off that the receptionist (Ext 10) answers the call. Right now it goes to voice mail after three rings.
Question: If I program a VMS Cover button so that the recetionist can turn off VM will that affect night service as that goes to the receptionists VM also?
Is there a better way to do this?
