Hello! I have a client that has a Partner II 4.1 Processor (1) 206 R3 (1) 206 R2 and a VS 4. I am on the second Voicemail unit with the same problem. Randomly when a caller calls in and they press an extension it sends them to 10 or 11 instead of the extension they chose... ie 19. I have duplicated this problem. I have already replaced the processor and I plan on replacing the 206 cards next. Any input would be appreciated. I seem to always have the wierd things like this! One system had CB radio transmissions coming through the station ports! LOL. Thanks!

Sounds like a bad Touch Tone receiver. They are located on the 206 cards, and are a shared resource. With your configuration, there is no way to test, so it would be a swap of a 206 with a known good one, and try again. Or, add a 400 card temporarily, because that would give you an uneven number of receivers, then you can test and isolate the bad TTR (assuming that's what it turns out to be!)

Thank you for the information! One thing is that most of the phones are analog cordless phones. I feel that is part of the problem. I am going to replace it with a ACS 6.0 and MLS-6 Phones. Thanks!
