couple questions:

can this be upgraded to a 5.0?

Only one AA?
no submenus either?
no scheduling of the AA?
no AA mb or general mb?
can i frw a msg?

I'll answer a few of the questions.

Upgrade? No
Submenu? No
Scheduling? Only by a programmed button, usually on ext 10.

Depending on what Partner processor you are using, and, of course, money, an upgrade to a Partner Messaging would get you all those features.

or a older partner mail stand alone will do it all
