Is there a way to check 2 mailboxes succesively? We have a Partner Voice Messaging Card (2x16). When a user calls in to check his/her voicemail the receptionist transfers him accordingly. When he is finished checking his voicemail he would like to also check the 'general sales" mailbox we have setup. He has to call back to the office and have the receptionist again transfer him to the appropriate mailbox. Is there any way to accomplish this with 1 phone call instead of 2???

Yeah.

afer listening to the messages in MailBox A hit *T (*8) the *R (*7) to log into Mailbox B

Don

After I hit *8, it prompts me for an extension and then I hear the greeting associated with that mailbox. At this point I have to hit *7 again?

Thats too much effort. There's an easier way. Partner Mail has a similar feature to Audix. When done in the first mailbox, dial **R (**7).

Hope this helps...

Kris

Thats wierd... I've got the Partner flashcard for the ACS 3 (whatever that VM is called), and it takes it.

I stand corrected.

Kris

I guess pressing *8*7 is alot more Effort than **7 You may slip and break a finger.

Just joking with Ya Kris

I will have to try the **7 on the systems I have to see if it works.

thanks

-Don

**7 works like a champ!

Thanks for your help!
