Just installed Partner Mail R7.

1. Programming from PC via lan cable kept locking up. It would kick me out of the program and I would have to reboot my laptop in order to re-connect. Finally gave up and just programmed from the mailbox using touchtones.

2. Message waiting light on station 10 keeps going on even though there are no messages in the mailbox.

The default Night Dial-0/Timeout option in the Auto Attendant is "record a message in the General Mailbox", and the default General Mailbox Owner is Ext. 10 - so check mailboxes 9991/9992/9993/9994 for messages, then change the selector code if that's not what you want.

Never had a problem programming via the LAN port - across all releases and multiple sites, but the Touch Tone interface is faster unless you need to create a large number of mailboxes at once.
