Partner Mail R6 locking up

I have a new customer, their partner messaging r6 locks up, both ports busy. happens every two weeks. the 2 port license card is in slot 1. I think that is right.

I checked all Partner phone system programming is good, its an ACS R6.

Is this a sign of a soon to be bad hard disk?

Yes, it sounds like the hard drive is starting to fail.

Replace the drive. There are both traditional and flash versions now available.
