Is there a way to set-up a company directory so that you can simply dial the 2 digit station number to be transfered? I currently am using selector code to go directly to mail box with office directory recorded there, with instruction to dial *8 and ext. number to be transfered. I would like to be able to omit the *8 and just dial the ext. number from directory.

Telprog is right, you would need a submenu to do that. This is available in the Messaging series. The only other option is to put the directory in the main menu.

I would add also if you put them in the main menu be sure that selector codes are not assigned that match the first digit of your stations.
