Curious if anyone knows this? I have a Partner Mail R3.

What's the back door to get into the voice mail if a previous vendor changed it. 1234 and 123456 doesn't work.

Call the previous vendor, tell them you are the customer(with their permission). Ask for the PW, if needed, demand it. I have never been refused this information, but they have told me they will call me back at the customer site, and give it to their previous contact person. Might save you some time.
