partner mail r3.1 annoucement box (?)

I want to assign an announcement box (directions to our location) on my Partner mail (r3.1), is this an option or do I have to assign a new VM box and have the main greeting mention to dial that extension to hear the directions (all in 20 seconds somehow)-

I might already be using all 24 extensions/VM box's that we have available also...I might not be able to set another(?)

Ideas? Let me know if you need anymore info.
