OK guys.. I so need help on this, I am drawing a blank!

I have my laptop hooked up to a customers Partner Mail Unit (release 1.8) - Connected to it via my terminal app, logged into the system and have the main menu...but I cannot remember for the life of me how to initiate a factory reset or default on this unit?? (you know...clear and delete everything and set it back to the way it was when it was brand new?)

Does anyone remember how to do this? All I can think of is to shutdown and drop to the CPM prompt, then type INIT, but I am not sure if that is correct?

Do a system shutdown from the menu, and when its shutdown hit your Escape key and at the carrot, type INIT it should rebuild all the Databases and run a Check disk if I remember right.

THANKS Sky... I will give it a shot this afternoon.
