I have an ACS 7 with a Partner Mail 6. I get complaints from the customer that after the AA answers and a caller dials an extension number that they do not get the "please wait while your call is transfered", only silence. Some say they enter the extension number repeatedly then the call goes thru to the extension.
Another scenario is a caller gets into a mailbox and tries to "0" out, they also intermittently get silence. I tried these scenarios about 50 times and only once was I able to duplicate it. The customer says they think it happens more on out of area code calls.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
