Partner Mail intermittent problem

I have an ACS 7 with a Partner Mail 6. I get complaints from the customer that after the AA answers and a caller dials an extension number that they do not get the "please wait while your call is transfered", only silence. Some say they enter the extension number repeatedly then the call goes thru to the extension.
Another scenario is a caller gets into a mailbox and tries to "0" out, they also intermittently get silence. I tried these scenarios about 50 times and only once was I able to duplicate it. The customer says they think it happens more on out of area code calls.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Gotta ask this, Partner [COLOR=red yellow]Mail R6 [/color] or Partner Messaging R6?
I would think that it is either line related that one of the lines has some problems getting the DTMF through properly Port related that one of the ports has that problem or the HDD is slowly going down the drain and will crash soon.
You could try the line thing by calling into specific lines and test, also have the VM ports on the phone so you can see if it port related and that way you can busy out ports and test as well.
