Partner mail gives no "leave a message" option.

I have a user that just recently discovered that her voicemail is not allowing people to leave messages. Instead, it says she is unavailable and press *8 to transfer or for assistance press 0. How can I fix this?

Log into the mailbox, and select option 8, for "Record Mode".

Change it from Answer Only to Record

If it is truly Partner Mail, check the class of service for the mailbox. It could be a transfer-only mailbox; it needs to be a Call Answer mailbox. If it did allow messages at one time, it could be the mailbox is full. Delete all messages in the mailbox.
