I have a user that just recently discovered that her voicemail is not allowing people to leave messages. Instead, it says she is unavailable and press *8 to transfer or for assistance press 0. How can I fix this?
If it is truly Partner Mail, check the class of service for the mailbox. It could be a transfer-only mailbox; it needs to be a Call Answer mailbox. If it did allow messages at one time, it could be the mailbox is full. Delete all messages in the mailbox.
