Partner Mail 3.0 calling with no messages waiting

Partner Mail 3.0 ( old metal box on the wall )

Customer is telling me that only Ext-17 is outcalling him when there are no messages waiting.

Partner Mail message notification calls him and tell him that there are messages waiting. He logs in and Partner Mail say no messages waiting.

I deleted his mailbox and recreated it but he says it is doing the same thin but no other ext. users complain of this?

Other than this Partner Mail works great.

Any suggestions?

Maybe a different mailbox is outcalling to him.

Turn outcalling off for a couple of days for mbx17 and see if he is still being called. lg

When you receive the outcall, log in by pressing just #-password-# instead of ext-#-p/w-#. The Partner Mail will know which mailbox is calling, perhaps it isn't the one he thinks it is.
