Can anyone direct me to any docs. for using the Bilingual Mode within Partner Mail 3.0? I can not find any docs at Avaya Support.

I could not find step by step user instructions for the voice mail box user.
There are two announcments available when we record the greeting one for english and one for spanish. We have recorded them both. When the call is answered at the ext. in english we ask the caller to press *1 for spanish. At that point the personal spanish greeting should take over but all we hear is the spanish instructions to replay, rerecord or save the message we do not hear the recorded spanish greeting.
