partner large voice mail

Hi all,
I am installing a 5X9 Rel.7
Problem : when i call 78 or 79 i get a busy tone , same when i dial 777 both are in #505 group 7
also when dialing F-59 i get PACSR7.091J
this does not look right or i'am i wrong

I think that the voicemail card may be bad, but there is the chance that the problem is with the processor itself (it just doesn't see the voicemail card).

Things to try:

Make sure that the voicemail card is firmly seated.
Try moving the voicemail card to the other slot on the processor.
Try the voicemail in a spare processor (if available)

Make sure that you power down the processor before moving the voicemail card around.

i tried the other slot , same thing , what about that 091 for featur e 59 (country code )

It's not really a country code. Think of it as a product & software code. It basically tells you that the processor is a Partner ACS and operating software is Rev J.

My next step would be to prove either the voicemail or the processor by trying the voicemail in another processor.
