Partner large PC card issue

Voicemail seems to be reverting back to some other original programming now and again.

I think I remember this being a common issue and a solution would be to factory default the card and start over?

If this is the case, what is the procedure for defaulting this card?

You would log into the voice mail as the Administrator, Once logged in, there is a code that needs to be entered to entered. Once that is done, the system will ask for confirmation and then default itself.

I'm not sure if the code is something that can be posted out in the open, but I have found it by a Google search.
