Well, that's pretty much outside of the abilities of the Partner Messaging. (although you didn't say which voice mail system you are using)

You can have a mailbox "auto copy" to another mailbox, but not to 12 other mailboxes.

You can have each mailbox outcall to a list of 5 different numbers.

If you have Partner Messaging, you can set it up this way:
1. Go into your own mailbox and create a “Personal Group List.” (The list will have a number.)
2. Add the 12 mailboxes to this group.
3. In System Administration, enable Outcalling for each mailbox.
4. In each of the 12 mailboxes, enter the Outcalling phone number for that person.

To create and send a message:
1. Call your office. When the auto attendant answers, go into your own mailbox.
2. Choose the first option “Record a Message.” Follow the prompts to record a message.
3. When you've finished the recording, the system will prompt you to enter the number of the Group List. Follow the prompts to send it.
4. Hang up. All 12 mailboxes will receive a copy of the message, and the system will notify each member via Outcalling.

sysconsultant, that's if they want to leave an internal broadcast message. I believe the question is refering to having the ability to have clients leave an emergency message which would then go to 12 peoples mailboxes and then outcall them.

As TTT said, this is out of the Partner's range. The best you could do is set-up a seperate emergency mailbox that outcalls to the maximum of 5 seperate telephone numbers.

Telecomboy, the setup listed will outcall to 12 external phone numbers. It utilizes the internal broadcast feature, but once the message hits the mailbox, the system will dial the O/C phone number programmed into the mailbox and notify the MB owner that they have a message. It works. If you have a test system, try it out.

But HOW do you get an OUTSIDE caller through the Auto Attendant to do a broadcast message? They can only leave a message in ONE mailbox. At the most, that ONE mailbox can auto-copy into another mailbox. Those TWO mailboxes can start outcalling to 5 numbers each.

Then again, Jimmer2010 hasn't even logged in since posting his original message on March 16th!

If I understand the original post correctly, Jimmer2010 wants to call into the Auto Attendant and record a message that would be delivered to 12 mailboxes. He is the outside caller. A broadcast message is one message sent to multiple mailboxes. After recording the message, he would forward it to a group made up of the 12 mailboxes. All the mailboxes would receive his message. The mailboxes would notify the users of the message via Outcalling.

get an IP office :)
