Customer is getting caller ID number, no name, on incoming calls. Is there extra programming for name to show up? Or do they need to upgrade.

It will not show name and number simultaniously. You can program a button to switch between name and number.
Centralized programming feature reference:
Caller ID Name Display
Press a programmable button with lights
Press f16

Depending on the release, you can program a Caller ID Log button. This allows you to scroll through name, ph#, time it came in, line, etc.
