Partner II R3.1 Caller ID transfers

I checked the Keyword Search for caller ID information.
Question: Does Partner II R3.1 transfer CID info to the second extension receiving the call?
Answer: Yes, however no release was mentioned. Is this true for all releases as long as lines are connected to modules with "EC"?
