Partner II no audible ring when transfered to an Extension 4

I have installed a Partner II R4.0/4.1

When calling into the system from the outside and being transferred to an extension callers do no hear an audible ring. I tried procedure #119. It would not allow me to get into this procedure. Should procedure #602 be set for active or not active. Their is not a music source into this system. How can I get audible ringing when transfered to an extension?

i think it is called Ring on transfer. not sure on one that old what #num it is.

#119 - 1 active should do it

If memory serves me correctly, it doesn't have ringing on xfer, but if you hook up MOH that's what they'll hear on xfer

Thank you for the info. Unbeliveable that Lucent would create a system that did not contain ringing to an extension upon transfer. Must be they were trying to sell Music on Hold.
