Partner II Line Keeps Ringing

I have an Avaya Partner II, ver R4.0.1 with 206 modules. When a call comes in and isn't answered, the line keeps ringing indefinitely. This line is a MagicJack. Has anybody experienced the same problem with MagicJack? I have two other MJ's in the system as CO lines, and they don't do this. I've swapped MJ's and the problem persists on line 5, regardless of what is providing the dial tone - MagicJack or Qwest.
 
Line port 1 is bad on the 206 module to the right of the processor module. I take it you've confirmed by plugging the troublesome line into a different line port on the system? Repair or replacement of the defective 206 will required to fix the problem.

If you've put different lines into that port on the system all with the same result, it is a bad port on the system and the module needs replacing.
