Partner II and VoIP module

I have a partner II processor, and I attached a third line to the system, which is a VoIP line from Voicepulse.com. The module is a Sipura SPA-2000, now the problem is, the Sipura doesnt send a disconnect signal, so calls on that line will stay on hold forever, until someone manually releases them. Changinng the hold disconnect time with #203 doesnt help. Am I just plain out of luck, or are there any hacks to get the system to recognize when to release the line? The configuration for the Sipura device is locked by the phone service, so I cant do much on that side...
