Partner Doorphone keeps ringing in

Our customer is running an ACS 6.0 system and we have installed a Partner Doorphone that works just fine, but after the doorphone calls and hangs up the call the doorphone will then keep calling ext 10 by itself with phantom ringing after 3 or so minutes.

We have tried the doorphones in 2 different 308ec modules in every extension possible and also installed 2 different doorphones and we still are having the same issue no matter what we try..

Anybody heard of this? any suggestions?

And you have the extension programmed as doorphone 1 in the Partner ACS? If so, it could be faulty wiring. A short in the wiring can cause phantom ringing.
