Partner Door Phone Setup 1

Looking to setup two door phones to alert 2 simultaneous extensions, from what I can understand from the programming guide I can program an alert ext but not two?

right now the door phone alerts ext 10 then if no answer goes to a fax

You can program an extension port as the door phone, and then program as many extensions as you want to receive the doorphone alert. Beginning with R6, you only receive one alert, previous releases would continue to "ding-dong" until you answered or it timed out.

If you have spare CO and extension ports, you can make the doorphone a Hotline to the spare extension, loop that to a spare CO port, and place that "line" on extensions with a unique ring tone, which will give you repeated ringing until answered.

How would I setup the hotline as it is currently setup as a door phone?

Dial Feature 59 from any display phone to show the release of the ACS.

#604 assigns the extension of doorphone 1
#605 assigns the extension of doorphone 2
Then, #606 assigns which phones ring when those doorphones are activated. 1= no alert (default), 2= door 1 alerts it, 3= door 2 alerts it, and 4= door 1 and door 2 ring the extension.
