Hi all,

Can't seem to get the hold of it, i'm missing a (big) part of the puzzle here.

I can program the menu, record the prompts, set various time tables, but i just CAN'T get the line to answer using the auto-attendant...

Tried the "Coverage destination" in the lines section,
Tried the VMS in advanced line programming,

All calls are automatically routed to the Operator group (75) in PBX mode and I'm pissed to see the configuration won't even remember my setigns after saving them...

Please help!

Search and you shall find!

Auto-answered my question... If some of you had the same, here's the answer:

I used WebManager to solve the issue... The VMS Settings for individual trunks had to be set this way:

Delay - Day 0 (Number of rings before answer, after CLID detection)
Delay - Night 0
VMS Schedule Always (In my case, yours may vary)
Auto Attendant 1

The regular IPO Manager didn't record changes (for an unknow reason, but Webmanager did...

Hope this helps
