I have a Partner ACS 7.0 and a PVM PC 3.0 voice mail. Is it possible to monitor a message being left in a voice mail box by accessing the line, without disconnecting from voice mail? The lines are not set for privacy, and the message would not be one being left in the monitoring party's own mailbox, but rather someone else's box. Thanks.

You can do Call Screen on the extension that the voice mail is being left on, but for another extension, you would need an aftermarket service observation device.
