I have been trying to connect a T1 to a Partner ACS. When I connected to the NUVOX line I was able to make some calls with the following problems. At time there was extremly slow dialtone, and when dialing out the switched connected to several channels at one time. A few times I connected to two channels and then the channels would change, the after a short interval ( appx 1 - 2 minutes the call would drop. I was leaning toward the T1 card being defective but I was told by my supplier that the T1 card would not cause that type of problem and that it sounded like a bad smart jack.
