Guys i need some help, im stumped on this one. I have a partner ACS R6 that we just installed eCas on. The users have to dial a three digit code after dialing the phone number to get outside dial tone from the provider. SMDR settings are set to all calls, 24 digit format. The ecas software will see the calls and numbers but no account code will show up . I configured a test Forced account code because the customer wants to remove the dial out code from the provider and simply use ones from the phone system. However, after configuring it the account code, it does not show up in the ecas report. After configuring the forced account code, we still had to press the account code after dialing the number to get an active outside call. but again we were unable to see the account code at the beginning of the phone number or at the end of the number in ECAS.
