Here is the question? Customer has two extensions EXT. 10 and EXT. 11 in Pro Shop of Golf Course...All calls are handled by Auto Attendant. EXT 10 and 11 are assinged to a Calling Group and have a selector code...weekends are busy times is there a way these two extensions can handle more calls?

Thanks,

I'm not completely clear on the question, but here is a quickie observation or two.

The Partner Voice Messaging offers only 2 ports. This means that the voicemail system can perform a maximum of 2 functions at the same time (answer 1 call while someone checks their voicemail messages......answer 2 incoming calls or 2 people check messages).

If you want to be able to process more calls, you would need to upgrade to the Avaya Partner Messaging. With that system, you can choose either 4 or 6 port licenses.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

also when they are in a calling group they can only get one call at the time ringing, that might be your problem, if one call rings no other call can come to the group and ring too.
