Partner ACS VM PC small compatibilty

I am trying to find a compat. chart for the ACS VM PC card small that has the purple label. I am using a release 98 DR 02, DR03 and both I cannot get into the unit for programming but can hear the default prompt " enter mailbox followed by password" with a ACS release 6.0. I tried it on a Release 5.0 and get the same repsonse.
I have had these on the shelf for quite some time and maybe they were purchased with the Endeavor system . Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.
 
Does anyone have the voicemail reset instructions without having the admin password for a Partner PC small card ?
 
Yes its the same Dexman................ it appears that the admin passwords have changed from default and thus I cannot get in to program
 
Since it is asking you to "enter mailbox followed by password", this is one of the very first releases.

Note that it is not asking you to enter the mailbox followed by #, and then enter the password followed by #

So, try entering 0 and the password that you are assuming it is set to, no #'s at all, and see if it lets you in.

 
I tried 0 with 1234, 1111, 4321 and about 10 other combos and still no go ... Does ATT have a wipeout sequence to default these cards or can they be upgraded somehow to newer release ?
 
Outside of replacing the voicemail card, there is no way to upgrade it.

If the Admin password has been lost, Avaya or an Authorized Avaya Business Partner can reset the voicemail for you. Avaya charges "$$$$" to do this, but a local Business Partner will charge "$$" to do the same thing.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
