We do not use AA (receptionist answers)but would like to have day (overflow only) and night answering machine. Two seperate massages. How should this be programmed?

current situation
I have programmed two buttons at ext.10 for night service and VMS to take care of night messages. On line #1 after 3 three rings VMS picks up then gives option to press one to leave a message (at ext.10). The caller must then listen to ext.10 greating which simply says "leave message now".

I fell like I've traveled around the world to visit the house next to me.

Duker,

WHile the partner PVM PC card based voice mail component has some nice features, it really wasn't designed to give you the level of functionality you are asking for.

You should consider buying a Partner VS R3.0 or higher to be able to use the features you need.
