Partner ACS 103G4 been working flawless then the other day every line (all 3 lines) has a feedback type tone whenever the phone is in use. Reset module, same issue. The feedback tone is a constant low volume "beep".

Suggestions? Can I pull out the entire module and replace it, what replaces the 103G4 that still keeps it plug and play?

Thanks all!

a refurb unit the same release is your only choice.

If you get a 509 processor you will need to reprogram but that is an hour of work (or two if you have more phones and more options)

Do you have any other modules in the system, besides the ACS? If so, move a line to a different line port, not on the ACS, and see if you get the same feedback. If not, and you have enough ports, move all the lines and reprogram the buttons on the phone to appear as if it were line 1, 2, and 3

Sparky- When you say you reset the module did you reset back to factory settings using the system erase? I'm assuming you did...

I'd go with the 509. Nice time for an upgrade. You'll need to move each extension up one port on the expansion modules is all.
