PARTNER ACS TRANSFER TO VOICEMAIL BOX

hi, I'm not that familiar with these smaller systems, so hopefully you can help me......On a brand new Partner ACS 7.0, I know that any extension can transfer a caller directly into another ext's voicemail box (without ringing the phone first). but what if, for example, I'm on a call on say ext 20 (or whatever) and I don;t have time to get particular information from the caller, who says "okay just transfer me into your voicemail box, and I'll leave you all the info there to get later".....can I transfer this caller to my voicemail box (even though I'm using this ext at the time?) do I just transfer the call as normal ? OR transfer using FEATURE 1 4, then my extension number ? or not possible ? thanks much

If you are on the call at say 22 and you want to send him to your VMS on 22 just press your VMS trans button (Feature 14) and dial your staion number or press you station button and hang up.

Yes, if you are on ext 20 and want to send an active call to your own mailbox, you should be able to dial [Feature][1][4][2][0] and the call will go right to your own mailbox.
