Partner ACS - transfer calls off net 1

My customer wants to transfer calls from their S.F. location to their N.Y. location. Is it possible on a partner?

Also, I tried Remote Call Forward. Using #322 I assigned x10, added a forward button on x10, typed in the N.Y. #, but when I pressed the forward button on x10 the light wouldn't light. Calls to x10 wouldn't forward. What did I do wrong?

You might have better sucess with "Call Transfer/Disconnect" from your telco, and use a flash button to forward calls

For RCF, put the number in a personal speed dial, such as Feature 99. Then program the button as Feature-11-(extension number)-99 and the forward will work.
