partner acs software upgrade

Does anyone know where I can get a cheap upgrade? Right now I am running version 1.1. I would prefer a sotware upgrade, either they send me a card and I return it, or I send them my card and they load the software on. Preferably the first.

Contact your Avaya Business Partner that installed/services your system. They have a special program with Avaya that allows them to download and program flashcard upgrades over the internet. Be aware that if you use your exsisting card, you will not have remote programming capabilities (custom memory/modem cards started with the release 3's). If this is not a problem, your dealer can either burn your card, or bring out a preprogrammed card and do the upgrade. Your exsisting card will still work as a backup card.
