I have a customer that has a Partner ACS and when a call comes in the phone will ring 2 times and then the call is cut off. Can anyone tel me why this is happening or what to do to correct this problem?

What happens to the call exactly? Do you see the line button light turn to red? Or, does the call drop instantly?
Check for extensions to fax machines or modems that should have line ringing turned off. Also, make sure you don't have an extension port connected to a CO port that has incomming lines ringing. (Some applications can be made by doing this, I also test CO ports by doing this sometimes).
