Is it possible to remote forward a call for a virtual extension and by virtual I mean one that exists in the dial plan but one which you don't have a physical jack. I set up remote forwarding for ext 50 and used personal speed dial code 80 and put in my cell number. I enabled call forwarding for 50. From ext 10 I can forward ext 50 to another extension in the system and that works, but would like to forward it off site. I have not been able to activate call forwarding for off site for extension 50.

Try also enabling RCF for Ext. 10 as well, #322-10-1, and see if you can Feature-11-50-(Speed dial 80-99).

If you have a power failure, I believe that the forwarding on a virtual extension will cancel.

I tried your suggestion and activated
RCF at ext 10 then tried F11 50 80 from ext 10 It showed in the display
Forward: 50 80. I tried calling ext 50 and just get a busy. Once again I verified that Personal speed dial code 80 for ext 50 is populated

I'll have to try this tomorrow at the office, unless someone happens by that can test it tonight.

I solved this problem. I used a different R6 ACS and it works like a charm. Thanks for everyone's help
