On a Partner ACS Rel 3.0, 2 (206), processor and 200E. as of recent, on certain extensions only, if you are on line, when an incoming call comes in, no matter on which line. You hear LOUD RRRING (sounds like A/C ringing while monitoring w/ buttset). Only happens on ext 11, 13 14, ext 19 12 are ok. Stations affected not all in same 206 card. Has anyone had this problem? Unfortunately, I do not have spare cards to swap, I have cycle power on and off but no help.

Stumped in Miami

What's the wiring like? Any situation where more than one station is under the same sheath? If so, take the sets back to the control unit and plug them in directly to eliminate shorted wiring problem.

Is this a partner 2 or partner plus? ACS is 3X8. You might want to check the lines at the demark for crosstalk, if you havent already. Are the lines on the 200 card or the 206?

This is Partner ACS, in 5 slot carrier w/ 2 (206) 1 Processor module and 1 (200) packs. Processor card has no lines or stns on it, just page and smdr jacks. Will try to figure out release and post tomorrow.

Grunt, you have either a partner 2 or partner plus. The processor on these have no line or station ports, but do have the ports you mentioned. An ACS processor, no matter what release is equipped 3 lines 8 stations with the MOH, SMDR,page,ect... since you do have 2 206 cards try swapping them and see if the problem is on the same EXT's. Have you checked the lines at the demark?

Okay, so it's not an ACS. That's all we need to know. Swap the positions of the 206 cards to see if the problem moves.
