I recently experienced another issue with radio interference at a site with a Partner ACS, but it's only happening on two phones. I've followed the advice of multiple threads here and used Sandman filters, shielded cable, made sure everything was properly grounded, even coiled the handset cord around a forearm to see if it reduced the interference - none of it worked. Of the two phones affected, one is on the processor and the other is on the first 308EC card, so it's not contained to one card. The two phones are near each other, but there are other phones nearby that aren't affected. Both phones are Euro II 18Ds. Both phones have been swapped with other phones and the problem stayed with the extensions, so my guess is there's something acting as an antenna at the actual desk/location. Any other ideas?

It is indeed the phone acting as an antenna. The proc/308ec are not the culprit. I had a client with (2) phones having the same issue. These (2) phones were by a window facing a different direction than all other phones. I did everything as you did. Finally, I closed the blinds to the window and it killed the radio station. I then opened the blinds and it came back. We ended up having to move the phones on their desks to spots that were not directly by the window. For some reason Euro II's act like an antenna. I think the same is true of Euro I's, but it might help to try changing the style.

All things considered - using a ferrite filter and wrap the mounting cord or handset cord or headset cord will also work. the ferrite filters come in several sizes and are inexpensive at most electronics stores.
