Partner ACS R7 Time Issues...

A client of our recently switched dialtone providers from AT&T to XO and now the time keeps changing on the partner system. They have a (F59) PACSR7.09I0 Any ideas. #128 is not an option for us.

It's an unfortunate issue with R7 as #128 is not an option. The Partner will continue to synch to the caller id being sent with each call. If there is an R7 patch out there to fix it, I haven't seen it. I have a couple clients with this issue. Usually Voip clients though which really messes with the time. Has XO confirmed they are sending the correct date/time for each call?
 
Flashing the processor up to R8 will allow you to disable the time sync function.
