PARTNER ACS R7 / CUST HAD 2 CALLS ON HOLD, PLACED 3RD ON HOLD AND ALL LIGHTS ON PHONE WENT DEAD,SECONDS LATER, ALL STATION LIGHTS ETC CAME ON AND SYSTEM WAS NORMAL--LOST PARTIES ON HOLD--HAS HAPPENED 2 TIMES-ANYONE HAD THIS??

Could be corrupted translations. I've seen systems where a phone had two line two buttons. If you pressed the "extra" one, system would reboot.

Use the remote access software to download and examine the programming.

Posted this matter a few weeks back and actually the system rebooted itself a few times as per our customer. I can't really find in the "Events and Errors" on the Maintenance how many times it happened. But I got the system in our lab now for monitoring. I'll post whatever I find out next time.
