Customer has a Partner ACS R6. The time is 1 hour behind. Tried changing the time but after a few minutes the time reverts back to being 1 hour behind. We have tried turning DST on as well as off, changed the time and it still resets to 1 hour behind. Tried setting the time 2 hours ahead as well but it still resets to the original time. Anyone seen this before? Bad processor?

The time syncs to the info provided by incoming caller id.
Your telephone company is an hour off.
You set the time, receive an incoming call that includes caller id, and your time is now off.
Good luck working with the phone company, I've had to fight with them every time this occurs. It is usually a CLEC delivering dial tone via an IAD, most don't know where to set the time in them, others have argued that they don't deliver the time as part of the Caller ID string until I pointed them to the BelCore document on Caller ID delivery.

I will have the customer test this. I had a suspicion it was the LEC. Makes sense, Thanks!!! Pink for you!
