Hi Guys,

I have a Partner ACS system R6.0 with a Partner messaging VM. I would like to get a voiceover done to change it from the generic "if you know your parties extension", etc. Can anyone five me an inventory of the actual pre-recorded messages there are on this system? I am trying to find out exactly how many messages I will need and above all, if it's actually possible. Maybe there is a certain location for these files or method of changing them too? Any help? Cheers guys!

There are no "canned" messages in the system, other than the default greetings that play when you haven't recorded an Auto Attendant prompt. It's not like IP Office VM-Pro, where there are a bunch of .wav files that you can paste in where you want them to play.

So, you need to log into the System Admininstrtor's mailbox and record them through the phone handset, or have a "phone-patch" to play them into the phone when prompted to record. OR, if you put them into the correct .wav format, using the VM programming GUI, you can upload them to the auto attendant.
