Partner ACS R6.0.0 ringing at extensions before Voice Mail 2

I have a Partner ACS R6.0.0. I would like to change the amount of rings to an extension before it goes to Voice Mail. I used procedure #321. It won't allow me to change the factory default of 3 rings, yet the book says I can choose from 1 to 9 rings for R3.0 or greater. Am I doing something wrong?

Try #506 mode 1 for day mode 2 for night rings to auto Attendant.
#321 is amount of rings for an ext to be picked up by VM

#321 should work if you want to delay the rings to a personal mailbox, how are you trying to change it. go into the programming

press 5 on the keypad (or any number) and it should change the rings to 5

if it doesn't take the change then reboot the system and try again
