Site currently sending a number via Call Forwarding to an off-site number. They are wanting to have the inbound call ring on their phones first then forward off site. I seem to remember ”Call Forward Alternative”. Is this the feature I would use? If so, how is it programmed. Thx!!

You can't do remote call forward with a PACS R4.0, but you could set-up delayed forward (sometimes called forward on nno answer) through your service provider so that it rings and then if not answered after 4 rings it forwards off somewhere else.
