We have a Partner ACS R3 with Messaging module and another 3x8 card. All lights on the 3 modules are green and steady. However no phones get any power. I tried each port on each module. Any suggestions?

-Thanks

Partner requires two pair in your connection on for dial tone the other for power. Are you connected with two pair cords.

I forgot to mention that this system had been working for 7 years before this.

plug directly into the processor , if still no power then bad procesor

make sure your line cords you are using have 4 pins on each end... if you are not sure, you can use a cat5e patch cable.

I agree with Skip. Bring a system telephone right to the processor and plug directly into the station jacks.

No power = bad processor. [cat2]

Shut the power off, and unseat all the modules. Reseat the center module, the processor. Reapply power. If it doesn't come up, that's the 1st thing to replace. If it is OK, Power off and add 1 module at a time. When you find one that causes the others to fail, pull it out and keep going, don't skip slots, you should be able to narrow it down.
