Partner ACS - Phantom Dialing after Transferring Call

Here's the scenario...
The Auto Attendant transfers the call to the extension (e.g. ext.10), the call is answered at ext.10, if I transfer the call to ext. 12, I get a 'touch-tone dialing' sound when I pickup the receiver on ext.12!!!
If I transfer the call back to ext. 10, no dialing sound!!
Only on the 2nd transfer is the sound heard...
