Site has a Partner ACS R7 and a PC Large card. One of the extensions has their own dedicated line that rings only to them, but when callers call in they're not getting her voicemail greeting and are unable to leave a voicemail for her. If she logs into the VM system her extension is there and her greeting is set up, but nobody can leave her a voicemail. Site wants their normal Auto Attendant to function, they just want callers to be able to transfer to her and leave a voicemail or call in on her line and leave her a voicemail. Do we need to set up a VMS cover for her, check on her line settings, etc?

For her specific line, set #206-7-(Line No)-3 and #208-(Line No)-(Ext No), and #310-(Ext No)-1, be sure the line is assigned to the extension with immediate or delayed ring, and that there is a mailbox assigned to the extension.
